The cost of data recovery is dependant on the complexity of the project, and therefore we regrettably will not be able to offer a fixed price. We will be able to offer you more details during the call out.
Telephone and Email Technical Support:
We could offer this solution to resolve many issues without the need for a visit and the relating charges. If customers want help verbally over the phone or by email, we could offer the services as following:
Telephone and Email Support is not a helpdesk service. It will not be manned all the time, email, and answer phone messages are monitored regularly and responded regularly.
Charges for telephone/email support are payable in advance, non-payment will cease support for that period. Unfortunely, we cannot offer support on customer who have not signed on to the service, and have not agreed to the term and condition.
Payment can be made monthly or for an annual period.
